Our Staff

Welcome, Tom Haley!
The next time you stop by our Woodstock showroom, you’ll be greeted by Tom Haley, the newest member of the ClearLake team. Tom has a variety of experience, including working for the Florida Orchestra. He says he takes a “long-term approach, making sure I take the time to get to know my customer so I can tailor everything to their wants and needs.” Tom is making some additions to the Woodstock gallery, which include unusual decorative accents.
Life before ClearLake Furniture:
I’m a Vermont native, born in Bennington and have spent most of my life in the area. I worked in retail management in Bennington and Manchester, Vermont, and Lee, Massachusetts. I spent the last three years in Tarpon Springs, Florida, and I’m thrilled to be back in Vermont!
An easy choice:
I was impressed by the fact that each piece is custom made, and that ClearLake uses FSC-certified materials. Respecting the environment is very important to me. Once I visited the shop and saw the guys at work, had a chance to actually see the furniture, and talk to the rest of the staff, I was even more impressed. Everyone here is thoroughly committed to doing exactly what we say we're going to do!
The heirloom advantage:
Every piece is custom-made and has a timeless beauty. ClearLake pieces will be passed from one generation to the next. We’ve become a disposable society, but ClearLake is about craftsmanship that is enduring.
And the best part?
Everyone on the staff is professional, creative, and committed to creating something of value. I also really like working one on one with customers. And the coffee from George's Deli next door is great!
